Great program,needs instruction on credit card pay

TurboTax is a great program. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for issues with paying EFile fee. There is nowhere that states that you cannot have ANY punctuation in your name, address or zip or else the credit card won't go through. I had to research and found the answer on Google

Desk Top version does not retain the FILE one is actively working on (which has been previously saved) and always assumes (and sends one to BEGIN)... it should retain the last file name and continue stop offer BEGIN NEW as an option....avoid the "look -up" work user now required to find proper file
I like the MORE INFORMATION offered for many of the more complex issues and topics. It would be nice if the first landing spot contained ..and the response was divided into a two sections with the first section being 2-3 sentences (maybe a short paragraph) that will answer 90% of the inquiries ....while the second section sends one off into the dreaded detail of the IRS instructions and codes.... Perhaps AI can help, a tough balance deciding what to put into section I and section.... but might be a way to improve (and differentiate) your product from you competitors...and...make it quicker and easier for most of your user base.

don't care for format to enter data. it is a bit confusing to enter yourself. the new way is confusing and almost twice the work. looks pretty but a lot of extra work. prefer old way.
