Messy this year!

Found TT to be very confusing an glitchy. Been using for over 10 years and this year was the worst. Spent over 11 hours with tax help before I got the right answer.

TurboTax reps are the best

I had a rejected state return that I had to fix but did not understand where the fix had to take place in the process. I called into TurboTax and spoke to a representative named Angela who was TREMENDOUSLY helpful and walked me through how to make the corrrention. I'm so grateful for her help. Thank you

Well, it is good, but I had to correct my state taxes, Turbo tax had an invalid entry

TurboTax NO LONGER USER FRIENDLY

I've been using INTUIT TurboTax software to do my Income Tax Returns since 2013, and was able to navigate it without much difficulty; however, the 2024 TurboTax Deluxe software was quite different, very difficult to navigate, and very difficult to complete. I'll have to carefully consider using TurboTax in the future (I'll check online reviews, and this time will consider what is being reported in the reviews).
