Saves time and is easy to do it

Very good product just few discrepancies in checking the errors of the form. Even after paying, the system detected an error that wasn't "discovered" before.

I have used TurboTax (and its predecessor, Mac-N-Tax) since its introduction. I have never been audited. I used to do my taxes manually prior to 1984. TurboTax takes away all the effort it takes to do manually.

Some Miserable Issues

Why did you stop the free online option? Also, it is nearly impossible to find where and how to go back to enter the IRS PIN. It took me, an extremely literate computer user/owner/software engineer almost 15 minutes and way too many "new windows" to edit my form. I ended up finding via google. Go to your DESKTOP software and search for IP PIN like the instructions say. Good luck finding it. Also, if I purchase the download, can I go back and use the ONLINE version for no additional cost? I could not find that answer. If the answer is YES, add it somewhere to your website. Gosh, it's not as friendly as it used to be...

TurboTax flawed

Unlike prior years, there was no way to save PDF/print current sheets until state tax portion of program was available. This made working on return (really the federal portion) hit and miss for months as couldn't check progress of information entered.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
