Turbo Tax is great

I have used Turbo Tax for many years always a great experience.
This year had problems with paying the state filing fee and had to get a expert to help me.
Must be a problem with this year copy

Turbo Tax not working as well this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years (about 15) for my personal tax prep. It has always performed very well. But this year I had to find work-arounds twice for problems with the program. The first was in reporting my RMD for an inherited IRA and the second was in doing my charity reporting. Very frustrating

Great Program

Love the program and have been using it for over 20 years. The only difficulty I have experienced, and understanding that MANY need help, speaking with an associate is made VERY difficult by the automated sysstem.
