LIVE EXPERTS HELPED WITH AN ISSUE I HAD. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME WHILE THEY TOOK OWNERSHIP OF THE SITUATION, THE EXPERT CONTINUED TO CHECK IN WITH ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE WORKING ON MY RETURN.

Two Problems with the 2024 PC Version

Worst year I've ever experienced using TurboTax. First, updates would fail on my Windows 11 PC. Reading the internet, I found that I had to turn off a feature of my Antivirus software. Secondly, I was unable to enter data for Social Security using the "Step-by-Step" method. Fortunately, I was able to enter that Social Security data directly using the "Forms" method. I do believe my return is ready to process now, but I'm worried that some other undetected error might lurk within, even though the final check confidently stated that it was error-free.
