This year TurboTax is very disappointing!

For me, downloading the program was a total disaster. By comparison using a CD in previous years was so simple. When I did download the program, I didn’t even get the one that I wanted. I wanted the Deluxe and I ended up with the Basic. As a result, I had to delete the program and start over which added immensely to my cost. Also, in previous years the Minnesota tax forms always included the form for applying for the Minnesota Property Tax Refund. This year that form is missing. That form was one of the primary reasons why I continued to use TurboTax.

Turbo Tax makes it easy!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. The program lets you choose to walk through it step-by-step, which I appreciate, and makes it easy to understand what I need to file. Best of all, it e-files for me when I'm ready at no extra charge.

Same as an accountant

I have paid hundreds of dollars to have my taxes done by professional accountants. My first time going to a "professional" I over paid and the IRS sent me $1200 back. Another time I paid $200 for my taxes to be done. I would have gotten exactly the same return using turbotax. I have been using turbotax the last ten years without an audit.
