I enjoyed working in Turbo Tax and the program is indeed user friendly. If you need questions answered all you have to do is ask.

Generally good application. Several items "STUCK" in self-emplooyment review. I am unable to clear them. Haven't been self-employed in years.

TurboTax wants your data

I would like to use TurboTax and go about my business. Your upfront constant request to register my account seems invasive and annoying. There's not an option to say, "No, I do not want to register". Instead, the software is designed to keep asking until something is filled in. I was a software programmer in my past. We didn't treat the end users so poorly. Oh, the comment, "OK, we know it's taking longer than a moment", was cute 10+ years ago. It's unimaginative now.
