I have used TurboTax for decades. I've never had an issue and have had moves, home sales and other complications over the years. I have praised this product to everyone and will continue to use it in the future.

The one thing that makes Turbo Tax the best is importing data from the previous year's return. It cuts down on the time it takes to do your taxes and the possibility of errors!

Apparent False Advertising

You want me to avoid a negative attitude but that is difficult when I feel that your Turbotax advertising mislead me with its statement for free state filing and then I find I must pay for state filing. I hope that is not too negative. It is a fact. Your terms and conditions make me feel that you only want warm feel-good comments which are out of place with a complaint. I will check the box below because that is the only way the comment will make it through your system however I feel the tenor of your T&C is oppressive and attempts to limit my honest response.
