AGI issues preventing E-file

Filling in the forms and being able to have information from last years return generated is nice, however, filing jointly and trying toe-file has been a nightmare. Asking for the AGI from last year and then not accepting it after checking to be sure the amount is correct several times, I'm now left with having to print and mail the forms in the old way. Unacceptable.
