TURBO TAX IS ALMOST AWESOME

CARRIES FWD LAST YEARS INFO WELL AND SAVES TIME. SOME INCOME POSTING IS SOMEWHAT NOT INTUITIVE AND DOES NOT LEAD YOU TO THE NEXT SCREEN.

The last 5-7 years I have used Turbo Tax for my taxes. I enjoy using the program and I really appreciated the live chat with a tax advisor. Although I enjoy doing my taxes, it was good to know that professional help a phone call away

Bad File Updates

Every year for at least the last 5 years every time an update fails you can't get back into TurboTax. It says restarting TurboTax and nothing happens. You have to use Revo Uninstaller Pro to do a full remove and cleanup, then reinstall TurboTax. That way you bypass the interim update.
