Filling out the forms was perfect. Trying to submit the tax forms was a nightmare and took me almost and hour and a half trying various ways with no real person to talk with.

Turbo Tax is not good on a Mac computer

Although I've use Turbo Tax for many years, this is the first time I used Turbo Tax on a Mac computer, and it was a terrible experience. I spend hours on the phone with Turbo Tax reps, and was still not successful in filing with the Apple computer for one of the two returns I prepared.
