Confusing at the initial completion stage.

Everything worked well until the end. Maintaining a pdf of the file without printing was hard to figure out. I don't think I accomplished this. I printed selected pages and then was asked if I wanted to print out what would be sent to the IRS. I did not want to print it out twice, and don't think I got the PDF, either.
Also, I couldn't figure out how to print a copy of the return for review before signing.
So I would suggest that a full review page be made available before signing, that would be printable. I don't want to print out the whole thing, just the schedules, and not worksheets. Then I would sign and then file.

Turbo Tax is Dynamite!

My experience since using Turbo Tax has been a very rewarding one since I feel very comfortable when using the software. I especially appreciate the resources that are available when I need assistance. I did notice an additional Live Tax Advice for $60 to Buy Now. However, I did not see an explanation of what the Live Tax Advice entails. For instance, my questions include "Is there a time limit on how much advice an individual can receive?" Is the advice just for one time usage or is it available until you complete the form?" "Is the $60 Advice for both simple and complicated taxes.

Turbo Tax could be less difficult.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and liked it. However, this year it seems to be a bit more difficult than in previous years. Additionally, I paid TT $70 for the program and until I was in the process of filing my returns had no knowledge about a $40 processing fee to be deducted from my refund. That did not make me happy.

The product itself is good. The "free" cost of $65" to file after already paying for the product is not.
