Turbo Tax has glitch that needs fixing

I file 6 returns in total, all immediate family members. I could not e-file for the last one due to the limit of 5, but that return had non-resident income for New York. New York Law requires a taxpayer to efile if return is prepared with software, but Turbo Tax wouldn't let me efile this state return since I couldn't efile the federal return. This is a problem Turbo Tax needs to fix!

Paid to e-File in Colorado only to find out I STILL have to mail certain documents. It is not entirely clear what document require mailing and specifically what needs to be included.

Turbo Tax is Very Good - Just 2 Suggestions

I have used TurboTax for many years and I continue to find it easy to use. I have two suggestions. Please make the type larger and make the boxes for inputting data more distinct. I am 72 years old and need a format that is easier to read.

Turbotax is familiar

I have used Turbo tax for many years and feel competent when using it. When using Turbo tax I usually find or deduce (with some study) an explanation regarding issues that are new or unanticipated. I do not like your presentation format for charitable donations. Your 3-page worksheets for each charity should be more compact.

Who do I have to mail forms after e-filing?

I'm totally confused why after e-filing you are telling me to snail mail some forms to the IRS. You generated the forms. Why can't you just include them in the e-file? Very weird and confusing. I've never had to do this before and I've been e-filing via Turbotax for decades.
