Turbo Tax has gross limitations

You won't let me file because you do not take into account pastoral privilege of housing allowance. Im stuck in a loop of going over and over and over and over the same "ERRORS" which are related to housing allowance.
I will no longer use turbo tax in the future.
And, you charged me to file my state tax return. You need to refund the $27.06 you charged me in a nano second.

Differences of the PC and MAC versions frustrating

With my understanding of how tax forms work, plus my computer skills; I am able to navigate through TurboTax well using my PC computer. Have used T-Tax for several years. I also help a friend with taxes that uses a Mac. The MAC format onscreen was different this year, so had to re-orient myself to figure the Mac version out - my friend signed on for phone help when we couldn't find a couple commands, and the Turbo tax phone person took over her computer and was also stumped with the Mac version and had to learn more about Mac version and call back.. That was frustrating!

Download FIle TOO Large - CD Versions Easier

I appreciate the product; however, found the CD didn't use up my space on my computer as it did this year as a download without a CD. I had to delete most of previous Turbo Tax files to make room for just this year. I don't do much on my computer but these taxes and to have the trouble I had on downloading such a large file made it more work than it needed to be. Going into next year, if it could be a smaller file to download or bring back the CDs that would be appreciated.

Often frustrating!

I often am frustrated, because the Review asks for information which should have been transferred from the beginning and was inaccessible to me. I was unable to complete the filing, until I went online to google help. Cheap trick to charge $60 to access an expert, too!
