TurboTax is Easy to use

I like TurboTax and have used it for years. But, I do not like the fact it's a download instead of being able to buy a copy.

Turbo has saved me a lot of work and trouble of getting my income taxes done. I regret that we cannot still purchase this product in the stores. Hopefully we can get that option again soon.

Turbotax used to be awesome. Now it sucks.

Your program used to be great. I have used it for decades. Now, it stinks. It used to take my old return, auto-fill the information and go from there. No more.
I have the plainest of plain-vanilla returns. There are no complications. Tried to e-file, and was refused because the forms weren't up to date. Not according to your program! And now I have to mail my Federal return in. Thanks for nothing, $70 down the drain.
