Reliable every year

I've used this for years and always had good results, as far as I can tell. I've never been audited, and rarely corrected by IRS. Of course you don't know what you don't know, but my taxes are relatively straightforward. That being said, I never seem to have an issue Turbotax "does not know about," and I never run into software glitches.
