No dark mode and going downhill on ease-of-use

No dark mode.
Seemed tougher to complete properly this year than in the past. 2 areas where the terminology seemed unclear to me:
1. I converted part of a traditional IRA into my Roth. I'm still not sure if I did this properly. There were multiple places where it seemed to ask the same questions about withdrawing money from a retirement account, but didn't connect all of them with the conversion to the Roth.
2. We added an electric-powered geothermal heat pump. It asked in two separate places about a heat pump. In one place, it asked about geothermal. In another it asked about electric. These seemed to produce different results. I entered the same one in both places, hopefully TurboTax sorts that out, but I'm not confident.

Intuit: Add dark mode and help users catch if they're entering the same thing in more than one place and provide automated guidance if this is the right thing to do (then why ask twice?) or not (then flag this for the user).

i,VE USED TURBO TAX FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME FOR ME, IT WAS BETTER WITH THE DISK BUT EVERYTHING NOW IS TOO DIFFICULT I CANT EVEN PRINT THE RETURN

Disappointed in state return options

Software is comparable to others on the market. Downsize is when not using E-File for state returns(Kentucky).
SSN is visible on paper copy state returns, and the $25 fee is excessive for E-File option.

I have been doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax for the past 4 years. I get the best results and have and it is really easy to navigate through the software.
