We've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years with excellent results. The questions and explanations as we proceed through the process are comprehesive and easily understood. Upon completion, I always feel comfortable that I have entered all the information accurately and that we will receive the maximum refund possible.

I guess I still like to have the CD Turbo Tax....it feels that I can get to the information a little faster and not worry about internet. This is my first year downloading all the software. Everything else was outstanding. keep up the good work. Thanks

Great product, easy to use

I've used TurboTax for many years and it makes completing tax returns a breeze...well, as breezy as that task can be. Typically, my tax situation isn't complicated, but there have been a couple of years recently when my circumstances changed, creating more twists and turns than I wanted to deal with. TT got me through it with minimal pain.
My only peeve is that for a few years now they have not corrected a bizarre heading question in the IRA section. I'm hoping they'll read this and fix it! If one has an inherited IRA, once you've entered the details of any withdrawals and such, it asks: "Did You Inherit the IRA from [insert name of financial institution]? In my case, it asks if I inherited the IRA from Charles Schwab & Co. This is confusing at first, but ultimately just ridiculous. Of course I didn't inherit from Charles Schwab. It could just ask if the Inherited IRA is "held at [institution].
It's a good product that will save you time and money. efiling is easy, too.

This was the worst version of turbo tax ever. I have used it for over a decade and I have never had this much trouble the previous year didn't load in at all so I had to enter everything by hand and it was constantly fighting me and not helpful. It easily took me twice as long and it normally does and I am not a fan at all.

Turbo tax is a very good product and worked great. This is the 1st year of using it. I needed to modifiy or review a few 1099's and I found it a little hard to make sure I on the the right 1099, but with experience I am sure it will get easier next year. And YES I will use Turbo Tax next year.
I would like to give it 4.5+ stars but that was not an option. Thus the 4 star rating.
