we have been using turbo tax for several years now and it is always so easy to use, and the fee is half what a tax preparer charges. Plus, we do it in the comfort of our home.

Difficulty entering License Code.

Disliked method of registering software, i.e., had to load a uninstall and install a 2nd time to get fields loaded in Intuit account to enter License Code. Don't know why this problem occurred.

Problems with RMD

Your software does not work properly when an RMD is taken from two (or more) accounts. Your software assumes the RMD must be met in each of the accounts.This results in Turbotax assuming the RMD was not met when two accounts are used and it therefore asseses a tax penalty for each of the accounts.Not good!

Intermittent pause

There were numerous times when while using the software it paused unnecessary. These pauses eventually cleared without doing anything but waiting. I used Windows 10 to prepare return.
