1099-R issue

Information on filing 1099-R when box 1 is 0.00 was not clear and caused a delay in filing. I needed to call in to review this issue and service was good.

High processing fee for State return

Finally great to see that the Wisconsin State form has been updated to include the LTC insurance premium deduction! I had planned to use Turbo to e-file my state return for the first time ever, until I saw the $40 processing fee in addition to the $20 ($5 savings!) regular e-file fee. No thanks, I'll e-file free with the Wisconsin e-file form like I've done in the past. This prevented a 5 Star rating.

The Turbo tax e-filed my federal taxes but did not e-file my state. I cannot find a way to e-file my state. I cannot even purchase the e-file for this????
