Turbo Tax is Simple & Easy to Use

Turbo Tax is easy to use and walks you through the process. I will definitely use Turbo Tax next year

Worked well but convoluted state e-file purchase

Purchasing the state e-file option was a little confusing as a new window opened to make the purchase; then when the purchase was complete, closed the current tax return and opened a new blank return. I had to open the current tax return file and was again presented with the option to purchase the state e-file option; when I proceeded through to the purchase option, I was given a message that the purchase had already been made and the current tax return once again closed and a new blank one was opened. I re-opened the current return file and was able to properly proceed onward from that point. However, this was a slightly convoluted process which I can see causing significant consternation for many customers.

This product was satisfactory. It allowed all pertinent data to be entered clearly. What I did not like was the inability to bypass this form and to get on the process of printing my returns.

I have always used Turbo Tax to do my yearly taxes. It's so easy to use. I download Turbo Tax and open it up. I use the interview section to do my taxes. I don't have to research all the latest tax laws. It's all there. My return is reviewed for any mistakes and I can make changes if necessary. My State return can be done also all within this software. Both Federal and State taxes can be filed right from my computer in my home. I know I can trust Turbo Tax for my tax filing needs!
