Turbo Tax Is very useful

Would rather have Turbo Tax available on a CD as in previous years. New format for showing and entering interest and dividend amounts is confusing compared to method used in past years.

Did not find it necessary to reach out for help.
I trust that bandwidth in my geographic area is reason behind the rather slow download.
Unaware that retail purchase of product is online only.
H&R Block is available at major retailers.

Easy to Use and love the download of data

Needed to speak with a representative when the program didn't recognize the school district code for Brown County even though it was listed. The representative was pleasant and helped me. It was frustrating that the solution was merely to log off and log back in. Especially since I had just downloaded the program 2 hours prior. I do like that Turbo Tax makes it easy to pull personal information from the prior year and downloads W2 information.

I did check with a tax expert regarding my electronic filing and found that it had not been done. He walked me through item by item until all was ready for filing. He spent every bit of an hour or maybe more.

It's very annoying this year. very difficult to go back and find any mistakes doesn't allow me to continue without getting a refund. It is very discouraging
