I have used Turbo Tax in the past few years, and they make it easy and explain everything you need to do your taxes. This year I didn't need to speak with an expert, but last year I did, and she helped me with all my questions. They are very helpful when it comes to issues that may arise. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

the 1099 INT was problematic. I did have some trouble efiling.

Turbo Tax did not save last year's return. I had to reenter everything before I could do this year's return. Not happy.

Needs autosave!!!

Got all the way to the state and had to make more room on my hard drive for the state part. The program closed and I lost the whole tax return. I had to redo it and was not happy. I tried looking for the minimum requirements and had no luck. This is the first problem I have had since I started using TurboTax 20 plus years ago.
