First Time TurboTax User

This was my first time using TurboTax. It was somewhat easy to use even for someone who has never used the product before. It took me about 4 hours to go through. The confusing part was filing my federal return. If I used my refund, it was going to cost $40, even though a few screens before send it would cost $0. I had to go back and forth a few times before I just used my credit card. This could have been explained better.

miserably complicated to transfer prior year tax data to new returns since they only allow saving as PDF not required TXT file. And required access to keychain data to make a simple payment for e-file a state return is also a huge hassle
