More costly and more expensive

Turbotax oil more expensive and more difficult to access online as opposed to using a disc. I had to purchase TT twice because I was also doing my wife's taxes as we are filing separately and are separated. I also purchased an extra state (Pennsylvania) in order to do her taxes and this was covered in my second turbotax purchase, Therefore, I should be refunded for purchasing the state version for Pennsylvania. I've done my own taxes for my entire life and you are making it more difficult and expensive. You should have a simpler . less costly option for seniors

Turbo Tax is fast and easy

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and it continues to be a great product. It's easy to follow the instructions/questions and I have a great deal of confidence my returns are perfect. Only one complaint. The on-line down load of W2 and Mortgage data never works. I always need to enter the data manually. Thanks for making my taxes easy.

OK but not as good as it once was

I think you've improved a bit from being poorly organized compared to several years ago when your product seemed much better. Thank you for removing so many of the upgrade offers, though you could still step those back a bit more for my tastes
