Prefer DVD

Horrible time getting the download, have user id and passwords from previous year but spent two hours getting verification codes and resetting passwords. resent that they no longer have dvd and now are constantly prompting to give them access to your accounts. I manually put it in. but resent I have to have an intuit account just so they can collect more data. Have used them for many years but will no longer use this software.
