Always Turbo Tax

So easy to follow -- have been using Turbo Tax for well over 20 years!! I always am confident that it will guide me in the right direction and explain things where I can understand them.

Easy to download and install

Changing from a disc to download was not a problem for me. Download was fast. Filing was straight forward.

I do not like that I cannot buy a Turbo Tax disc, and I have to download online.
I do not like that the DELUXE version does not track Roth IRA basis and contributions.
My tax returns are simple and basic, and I do should not need to pay for a more expensive version of Turbo Tax to track something so basic
