Turbo Tax was even easier this year than the last year. I was finally able to import my wife's W2 which wasn't available in years past.

Doing my Turbo Tax was fine. But, when I filed my Federal taxes on line I was charged $40.00 to file them plus another $15.00 for my State taxes.. I qant to be reimbursed $40.00 as filing my Federa taxes according to Turbo Tax is free. Your courtesy and attention to this matter will be deeply appreciated.

Turbo Tax OK

I've been using TT for years now and have never had as much trouble before. Took me way to much time to reconcile the TT numbers to my documentation, especially for some totals.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Desktop users should update the software first.

TurboTax (Desktop version) reported that I was "ineligible" to enter college tuition expenses from a 1098-T form. This was fixed when I updated the software and restarted it. The need to update the software should be mentioned somewhere on the packaging -- and also mentioned inside the software upon loading it.

It was nice to set up and input my W2 scans from my scanner, and it will do it for you. It beats typing numbers!
