I worked together with a live expert who helped me throughout the whole process answering all the questions that I had and helping me file my taxes. Very helpful!
The tax expert was very kind and patient and willing to help!
The desktop app UX/UI could be refined to be more user friendly like the web app version.

TT works great..except for a small software glitch

Works great. My only problem was a software problem. When I would click on "update" for a line item, it would give me a blank page. After 2 hours with a gentleman, un-installing, re-installing, re-booting and other trouble shooting, the answer seems to be to open TT by right clicking and choosing "Run as Administrator".
Then all seems to work OK.

Bogus refund processing fee

What was the bogus refund processing fee that was added this year? I've never paid that before. The product I purchased said free filing of Fed Tax return but now there's fee to get my refund. Might not use you next year.
