I cannot speak highly enough about Kim. She was SO HELPFUL!!! Charming, patient, kind and so smart. I have my taxes more than the dentist. She calmed me down and stayed with me the whole time.

Drop AI / Free State E-Files!

The search button should search topic list like and community instead of the crappy AI you have now which failed every prompt I submitted.
I also think you are overcharging for e-file to states...I refuse now and instead print and mail.
