Good but could be better.

I do not like the use of AI. I do not believe its use with this sensitive information is justified. Taxes are a you made income now pay situation and leaves no room for artificial information. The changes that have been made and the lack of direction would confuse a new user or one without computer experience. I had some difficulty at first downloading the program to my computer but solved my issue without assistance. I do like that you use information from prior years return to minimize the need for questions and reduce the amount of input from consumer. This software is probably better than any other tax software on the market today. Please do not inundate your users with unnecessary marketing information. Seniors buy what they need when they need. I send marketing emails to junk!

I've used TurboTax for so many years, but this is the first time I have been disappointed. Everything went well until I was submitting it, and for some reason, it charged an extra $45 for Audit Defense that I didn't ask for. I tried to back it out but couldn't. I've never had this problem before. It was my son's taxes, so I'm giving him $45 to make up for it. I also filed my granddaughter's (her first filing) and it did the same thing. Disappointed.

There is a bug in your amending format. I worked with your expert for over 4 hours over the phone and she could not fix the problem.

My only complaint was that I could not transfer info to new computer. I was under the impression that my info saved thru the website account. Tedious but I will be set for next year.
