Product is fine but bring back the disc. Using online only is problematic for some. I'm still operating on Windows 10 and had some technical issues.

Two years in a row with TurboTax bugs

This is the second year in a row in which I have found a bug in TurboTax. Last year I had to wait several weeks before the bug was fixed. This year I was fortunate enough (with the help of Google) to find a workaround. Also, this year after passing the error check, when I went to actually file the return TurboTax twice told me there was something I needed fix. Software quality control seems to be slipping...

Software needs Updating

The software is fine until you need to move around it. Then, it becomes a nightmare. Entries are erased, and need to be re-input., data lost etc. It's fine if you can go through from the beginning to end without needing to move around. Otherwise, it is not user friendly. This has been an issue for at least ten years. No improvement. I understand you need to concentrate on the changes in the tax code each year. However, your base software is outdated, and clunky.

Entering the balance sheet figures should be simpler.(especially in the equity section) Adding additional information in that area would be helpful.

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years, all my previous info does not always import to the new Tax form. Also I find it difficult to save a copy for my records instead of printing a copy.

One page said state E-filed, one page No E-file!

On my IN state return TT said we had an error on our federal return, we doubled checked found no errors!
TT checked Federal return and E-filed my return. OK!
BUT: TT said that it could NOT E-file our IN. state return!
when printing out my state return, TT said that my state returned had been filed by E-file!
It can't be both ways?
Because TT would not print out a send by mail copy of my state return, I'm sending in my check as if TT did E-file!
