2024 TT Deluxe

This year was the first time that I have had problems with TT in the past 10 plus years that I have used it. I spent close to 3 hours on the phone with TT technical support to resolve an updater run time issue with the version I purchased. The good thing is that the three support people I spoke with were professional, knowledgeable, deliberate and very courteous. The problem was resolved with a 'patch' of sorts that created "manual" updating and so I was able to file my taxes.
