The product is very straight-forward with numerous explanations that are very helpful. At my age, 78, Turbo Tax is a wonderful tax filing option.

Needs better and more-timely updates

I had previously been able to use the software before the end of the year to estimate whether I had withheld enough Federal and State taxes. I could make IRA withdrawals to cover any tax gap. Not this year. Also, I was able to "e-file" my state taxes apparently before TurboTax had the required updates. I received a very obtuse error explanation the following day, seemingly one created from an internal software error. No help, folks.

Your product is good. I have been using Turbo for over 10 yrs. I'm slightly unsatsified with the pricing structure. As a Customer who is on auto renew for many years, pays same if not more for your product, picking it off retail store shelf. We loyal users should be get some perks.

Use other tax software - Turbotax is garbage

My state return was rejected twice due to errors with Turbotax.What happened
XML_VALIDATION_ERR - The 'stateSchemaVersion' attribute is invalid - The value 'MNIndividual2023V1.2' is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

Not to mention the frequent reminders to pay them more money for services that you shouldn’t need. Never again Turbotax!
