Intuit "not a robot" system is terrible

Intuit's "crosswalk/motorcycle/bicycle/traffic lights" is atrocious. Very poor quality product. I would not use if possible. Next year I will paper file state to avoid the $25 charge and ridiculous verification system

I tried to do my taxes two different ways married filing joint, married individual and it would not save any information and pull it into the separate return. I had to enter everything all over again...very frustrating.

Terrible experience. There were places that were supposed to be left blank but Turbo Tax kept showing this as an error. When I went to file TT tried to efile the state. It took numerus tries to uncgeck the block,

Did not like the online preparation versus CD. Really disappointed when after being alerted to "confirm" State tax ID number, and responding that it was correct, the software accepted, and continued on including final reviews stating all was okay! Then, result was a huge amount owed!!!!! And it was NOT! I researched and found that the State tax amount withheld was NOT added!!!! Therefore, the State AMOUNT WITHHELD was blank, NOT the State ID number!!!! Big difference and unnecessary stress. Also, it would really help to have larger print and larger pages. First time we have complaint.
