Ya know I gave you guys a 4 rating when I first completed my return but after trying to fix an IP PIN problem (which you didn't 'walk me through') I've changed my rating. You need to do a major software scrub for next year and bring back the CD version of the software I can use on my desktop.

Frustrating

I have used TurboTax forever but this year I have struggled to be able to remove information that I shouldn't have on my return. Most of it is still good but It's unnecessarily frustrating!

Got 'er done, but a little buggy

Problem with creating PDF for review prior to submitting returns.
Problem with window going blank when attempting to "pay" for Audit Defense. I had already paid to file my state taxes, then I realized I could get Audit Defense for free as an Advantage member, so I selected it. When I continued, TT popped up the payment window (on-line). The Member Information was displayed briefly (maybe two seconds) then went blank (white). The only thing I could do was select Close. I went back, deselected Audit Defense the continued successfully.
The handling of and help for Schedule K-1 (Publicly Traded Partnership, PTP) is weak and confusing. Form 8990 not included in Deluxe.
Overall, it worked as expected, but with a couple of frustrating defects (problems noted above) and very inadequate PTP help.
