TurboTax Deluxe

Had issues with the Federal return in that the IRS kept rejecting my return when electrically filing. Called customer service for help and t he gentleman who assisted me was very accommodating but his recommended solution still did not allow the return to get accepted even though Turbo Tax said id was fine. So I ended up mailing my return today. It was an issue involving my wife Judith's identification.

Turbo Tax hires talented troubleshooters

It has been several years since I have used Turbo Tax on my own. I needed help and called an assistant/expert. "T" was very patient and kind. I should have been able to follow her directions faster, but my thoughts were in a rut. She solved all my problems and never once lost her professionalism. Thank you for hiring talent with wonderful people skills.
