OK, but a little buggy this year!

I appreciate the convenience of transferring last years information to the current year and getting information on different topics while completing my taxes. I do feel like I should only have to decline additional purchases such as expert help or audit protection only once instead of each time I work on my taxes. Finally, I felt that this year's program was a little "buggy". There were errors on my imported W-2 forms and I needed to close Turbo Tax and restart on 3 occasions due to the program freezing.

STILL GREAT WAY TO DO MY TAXES

WHEN I ORDER THIS TURBO TAX, I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THE DISC. THIS ONE IS A DOWNLOAD ONLINE. IT WOULD NOT LET ME IMPORT MY 2023 INFORMATION, THIS MADE IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FILE, SO I MIIGHT HAVE TO FILE AGAIN. TRUTHFULLY, I STILL LOVE TURBO TAX, BUT I WILL BE CAREFUL TO GET THE DISC NEXT TIME.

Experienced Some Glitches

Used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. I gave it 3 stars because I had some glitches this year only. This year I had trouble with the download and also a message that New York forms were not ready yet when other tax programs had them available.

Filing problem

My state filing was rejected. It appears that the error made was a result of a problem with Turbo Tax software and not anything that I did.
