Will Always Use

It has always been pretty easy to use Turbo Tax. I did not enjoy the new format, but it was still easy enough to figure out. Line item format is just easier to be able to see things all at once. The picture format spaced things out too much and you had to scroll through to find things, delete things, etc.

Filing is always a breeze with TurboTax. Seems like this year was even easier. Very well worth the cost for the software.

Excellent Tax software

I spoke with an excellent support tech and she got me the answers I needed for my retirement and a possible RMD. I will not get an RMD from my retirement plans, so I know that to enter in the required box each time on my taxes. I also got help with health insurance cost entries on my tax form for the three of us. Both of the support techs did a great job.

Turbo Tax is great but needs to add some features

I always enjoy using Turbo Tax because it is very user friendly. With that being said, I would like Turbo Tax to add the ability to reuse Payers Information in the W2G column. I had 30 entries to put in and many were from the same payer. I had to keep entering the same information over and over again. I used ClipBoard but if Turbo Tax could make reuse available it would have shortened my processing time by over 1 hr.
