TurboTax is great!

I have used turbo tax for 25 plus years. Very Easy to use. I do my children's taxes and now my grandchildren, the problem I have is I need one more filing (5 is allowed I need 6).

TurboTax is still the greatest!

This is the 25th consecutive tax year that I've used TurboTax Desktop. It's the most intuitive, easy-to-use software. I prefer the Desktop software because my actual tax returns are not stored up in the cloud anywhere. I have also used the software to do many of my relatives' taxes. All of them have been very satisfied!

Turbo Tax is disappointing this year

Other years I've thought Turbo Tax was very good but I was disappointed in your software this year. It would it not let me record my withdrawal amount from IRA, a little more than my RMD requirement. I had to intentionally put an incorrect RMD amount in the paperwork, saying it was the same amount as what I withdrew, to get it to e-file. Also I had it walk me through almost all the fields but when I went back and said I would do it myself I saw that some questions were not addressed.

Misleading FREE STATE TAX, but pay extra to file.
Software has bugs, at least 30 times I had to walt because it was NOT RESPONDING

Print button not working

Completion of tax return was easy and efficient as usual, however the PRINT button or option on drop down will not print me a hard copy. When I hit the button it turns for a few seconds and then issues one beep but no printing

A slightly different experience this year.

I don't need to do a state tax return yet the program seems to want to print it.
I do not see the annual review & comparison page that I have had every year. That may be due to the version or the program I purchased this year? If so, that is sad and rediculous. Also, Printing the Fed return seems different. In the past, I was given the option to print the return as filed AND print the return with supporting documents used in calculating the return. My tax return has become rather simple, so that may be the reason for the lack of both printing options.
Overall, the program gets the job done, with a few quirks in some areas of data input.
