Highly recommend live advice

I was stuck on reporting a WMD. I put in all the information requested, but an issue kept coming up with the review. which prevented me from filing. After spending 4 hours double checking everything, I called for live advice and in 15 minutes the problem was solved. Great tax advisor found the problem and explained it in a way I could understand and how to rectify the issue.

Turbo tax is very time consuming.

I talked to one of your tax guides because my return was showing over $300,000 refund. we went over everything I entered but could not find any mistakes. I had to generate a new File.
