Make saving the file easier

It should be easier to force save the file. I am always worried that my most recent work on the return isn't saved and only occasionally can I get the save file bar at the top of the window to appear.

I didn't like how my tax return printed in Word. If this is new for 2024 it needs to be adjusted. I had to email myself the PDF file to have it print correctly.
