Extremely Helpful Staff With a Difficult Problem

Everything went as the past twenty years until i went to eFile. Turbo Tax said my payment for State did not go through. I had a printed receipt plus the bank confirmation of my payment.
After trying to resolve the issue with Messenger and several agents, I called the tech support number on the payment screen.
The young man worked with me for five hours and brought in other agents. One problem was my laptop is very slow and I will be upgrading.
But the good news is he was able to resolve the issue and walk me through until the returns were eFiled and received.
He was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and would not quit until he has resolved my problem.
In my opinion, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help.
The three ladies on the Messenger app are to be commended as well for their professional and friendly help.

Way too Expensive!!!

Very expensive. I filed my 2023 returns for $ 29.95 and Taxslayer did NOT charge a software fee of $80.00 as Turbo Tax did. I wish I would have known before using Turbotax for 2022 filing.
