Turbo Tax Sucks Your Wallet Dry!

Product is overpriced and nickle and dimes you to death. I had to file for two states and ended up paying more to file in the second state than I paid for Turbo Tax Premier. Shame on you. I will be using a different program, hence forth.

Works great, but keeps trying to upsell

Becoming more cumbersome to get my taxes done due to constant diversions trying to "upsell" me to costly additional "features." Then at the end, after e-filing my federal, I had to figure out how to print out my non-resident state return on my own w/o a clue from Turbo Tax as to where to find it.

Enough with the bait and switch

Please stop with the deceptive pricing. First I find out I have been overpaying by filing online as it charges me for Premier when I only need Deluxe. Then, I find out "Federal and State Included" does not include a State filing fee of $25. Just give me the price. It is already bad enough that 10% of the screens I see are to sell me additional services.

Thanks to the ease of entering my information, I was able to attempt several scenarios and choices to obtain a feeling of confidence with the finished product. I've been a Turbo Tax user for many years. Before I had to wrestle through on my own. I am a pastor, and my taxes are different and difficult. Turbo Tax has been an answer to my prayer.
