You have changed and made it harder for a customer to do his/her returns, e.g., using formal terms without much explanation of their meaning or use. My guess is that since you now offer a paid Live Tax Advice, you don't give the helps and tips you have always previously given and thus make it more necessary for the person filling out the return to need to used this paid service. I was NOT happy with the product as I have in all the previous years I have been using it. Like most other vendors, you want to make us use your new paid service. I will be looking for a new tax preparation service next year. I have always enjoyed Turbo Tax, but will be saying good-bye to it now.

Terrible - Frustrating

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and years. I doubt that I will ever use it again. This year was a horror show. Almost impossible to access Turbo Tax; then pitching sale of your services; and finally not printing estimated tax forms for the current year. EXASPERATING!!!

Turbo Tax is very trustworthy!

TT is a clear, step by step tool which provides at the end a trustable eFile filing. My tax returns do not have a need for complex entries and I can easily get any investment information transferred from my investment holding company into TT. All investment questions that I might have had and any needed amounts are handled neatly by TT.
