Prefer having the CD. Filing NM Tax was confusing in that the program would not let me file until some necessary forms for e-filing were completed and I had to wait for an email advising me as to when the forms were complete. Never got the email but I did get the forms twelve hours later after closing the program and reopening it. That was never an issue when the program was on CD.
Not a fan of this downloading of the program and not comfortable with the processing issue of the state taxes.

Excellent Product, using Turbo Tax since 1985. The only issue is that all forms are not available on January 01 and price is going upward every year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
