turbo tax remembers a lot. awesome

Simplistic done for you tax software on the planet

I have used Turbo Tax since it's birth and inception. Will not use anything else. This is by far the most simplistic and self-explanatory income tax return system ever found. I have been doing my own personal and business taxes since 1995. Turbo Tax is genius. I won't use anything else out there.

1099-MISC confusion

I had a difficult time with entering data for a 1099-MISC and had to call for help. Even though the associate also had some difficulty, she did solve my problem. The software directions need to be modified so the reason for the 1099-MISC does not become a company name.
Also, several times when reviewing sections the program does not remember what box was entered.

Turbo Tax needs to be flawless

I had to redo my taxes 2 times because of a bug you had in your software. I did get the fix from your support line. In addition, the way you have to enter investments is more time consuming when you use step by step than it used to be.

Good tax software to use

Very easy to download and use. I left one star off because it did not automatically do the local school district income tax as part of the state return. TurboTax has always done this in the past.
