TurboTax is the best product for individuals (but)

While TurboTax is the best product for individuals and small business I can help notice over the years the up-sales ads included in their products. REALLY annoying. And the fact that Intuit lobbies the US congress to keep taxes complicated to help push the need for their products is super really annoying.

Rejected Tax Return

For the first time ever, my filing was rejected by the IRS because of form 3800, which I have never filed before. If it gets rejected again, I will be calling Turbotax to fix this problem, or return my money for buying Turbotax and paying to Efile state tax returns, and never use Turbotax again.

Program bloat, hard to navigate

Same bloated program we have come to accept. Step by step does not allow returning to any particular step in the process but requires repetitive re-entering of steps. Constant annoying attempts at selling "upgrades."

I DID CALL TURBO TAX AND WAS GLAD TO HAVE THEIR FULL SUPPORT IN GUIDING IN AN AREA WHICH I NEED HELP THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT COMPANY WE CAN RELY ON

Great software but fix the 366 days error

It's a really nice software - easy to use and comprehensive in scope. Please make adjustments for leap years so we don't get error messages showing that we've lived in a place for more than 365 days. Five stars if you can make that happen.
