Filing taxes is exhausting and dreadful, but Turbotax is very helpful in explaining the information, as well as guiding me through the information and important steps that I need to know. That makes it very worthwhile of my time.

Turbo Tax has gotten unusuable

First immediate problem - I can not either save or print a copy for myself. it says it takes 2-3 minutes, but it times out and nothing happens. When I try to save it by opening the forms, it forces me to use adobe and I can only convert by purchasing an adobe add-on that can convert the file to pdf. I have never had this problem before and it does not make any sense. My other complaint is that the questions and the new format of the questions and answers are annoying and are getting me much farther away from knowing how to input the right information, especially when I need to manually input some of the information in. There are other issues occurring like if I try to override some of the entries, I am stopped and can not input anything in. The product is getting more and more restrictive and is forcing me down specific decisions just to charge more money. I also don't see any obvious support for the functionality, only an offer to help by paying for tax advice. This will be the last year I use it if I truly can not do something as simple as print and save my tax returns without spending more and more money. I rarely see a product that actually is providing less utility year over year, trying to drive users to pay more and more for less and less. Please tell me I am wrong and you have a good explanation for this.
