You need to "deglitch" before going to press

Each year (don't know why I continue using your app) I've had problems with your software that make me contact your tech people to solve. They eventually get the glitch resolved after a lot of wasted time on my part. I wonder how many other people have run into the same problem?

Get your documents, open Turbotax, import data from last year, answer questions and a couple hours later your done.

Did not get Free e-file for State

I ordered TurboTax Deluxe with Free Federal and State e-file but when I went to File it would not give me my Free State e-file option
